Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Please allow between 7-30 days for your order to arrive (shipping times depend on carrier, level of service, and destination). All order are shipped with tracking provided, if more than 5 days have passed since the shipments expected arrival date please email us at info@rhysrazors.com to review the status of your order. Please include the order number in the email. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is at the customer's risk.  If parcels are lost, stolen or improperly returned to us, the customer is responsible for all associated costs.

If you your item is damaged or defective in some way when you receive it, we will make sure you are taken care of. Most of our items come with a manufacturer's warranty. If your item does have a defect please contact the manufacturer. If you need help contacting the manufacturer please email us at info@rhysrazors.com or through our contact page. If your product was damaged during shipping please contact us and we will help get you replacement parts or arrange for the replacement of the product at no expense to you.


Returns:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your package tracking confirms the delivery of your order. If more than 30 days has transpired since your order was delivered we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. These return exempt items include: Razor Blades, Aftershaves, Alum, and Shaving Soaps & Creams.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you receive damaged or broken items or if the wrong item was shipped to you by accident, please email info@rhysrazors.com to receive further instructions.
